MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure website which allows you to request prescription renewals and exchange messages with your care team anytime and anywhere. Additionally you can access your health information, including notes from clinical visits and certain labs, immunizations or tests results. Services at Hornet Health Clinic: 

  • Routine Exams for acute and chronic health concerns for active duty members assigned to the NASL operations area
  • Physical Exams
    • Flight physicals (long & short form)
    • Flight deck physicals
    • Reenlistment physicals
    • Separation and retirement physicals
    • Suitability screenings
  • Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs) & physical exams part one, are initiated on a walk-in basis
    • Monday – Friday 0800 - 1530, closed for lunch 1200 - 1300

  • Lab: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600, closed for lunch 1200 - 1300

  • Pharmacy: Monday - Friday 0730 - 1600, closed for lunch and duty run from 1130 - 1300.

  • Radiology: Monday - Friday 0730 - 1600, closed for lunch from 1200 - 1300.

  • Immunizations:
    • ​​Monday, Wednesday - Friday 0730 - 1600, closed for lunch from 1200 - 1300. 
    • Tuesday 0730 - 1200, 1300 - 1400.

  • Audiology

    • Monday, Wednesday - Friday 0800-1600, closed for lunch from 1200 - 1300. 

    • Tuesdays, 0800 - 1200

  • Physical Therapy - by PCM referral only

  • Chiropractic Clinic - active duty by appointment only

The Walk-in Contraceptive Services Clinic is held every Thursday from 7:30 - 11 a.m. at the main side OB/GYN window at Naval Health Clinic Lemoore.  First come, first served.
