Physical Therapy & Chiropractic

Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Services are available for active duty members only with an acute or chronic musculoskeletal dysfunction or injury. Currently all other beneficiaries are being referred to local network providers for physical therapy services. Chiropractic service is offered at Hornet Health Clinic only. Physical Therapy service is offered at both Main Side and Hornet Health Clinic. For active duty patients who have a physical therapy referral, please call the Main Side Physical Therapy Clinic to schedule your first appointment.

• Chiropractic Clinic: Active Duty by Appointment only
