If an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety at Naval Health Clinic Lemoore that has not been addressed, they are encouraged to contact the clinic at 559-998-4458 or Customer Relations Officer. If the concerns cannot be resolved, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission.
 
The public may contact the Joint Commission to report any patient safety event or concerns about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization by mail or through online submission.
