Welcome aboard and congratulations on your assignment to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Lemoore, Naval Medical Administrative Unit (NMAU) Monterey, or Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Unit (NMRTU) Fallon.

Command Sponsorship Program
Upon receipt of your orders to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Lemoore, a Welcome Aboard package will be sent to you via email or mail.

- Fill out the questionnaire under PCS Travel Gain Questionnaire. This questionnaire will ask you several questions concerning your personal affairs to help us prepare for your arrival.

During normal working hours (0730-1630), report in Service Dress Uniform with your orders and records. If reporting after working hours, on a weekend or a holiday, report with your orders. Your sponsor will meet you at the entrance of the clinic to welcome you to NMRTC and assist you with your check in process.
