COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Starting Tuesday, January 18, the main-side Immunizations clinic now has Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines available at our for active duty and family members (including 5-11 y/o):

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays: 

    • Walk-in Service for the following: Pfizer & Moderna 1st & 2nd doses for all eligible beneficiaries 12 years and older.
    • COVID Booster Shots: 
      • Moderna: for eligible beneficiaries 18 years and older 
      • Pfizer: for eligible beneficiaries 16 and older 
      • Boosters available for beneficiaries who received their 2nd dose of Moderna or Pfizer vaccine 6 or more months ago or single dose J&J/Janssen vaccine 2 or more months ago

  • Wednesdays and Thursdays: 

    • Pediatric COVID-19 vaccination (Pfizer Only) for eligible beneficiaries 5 to 11 years old by appointment ONLY (Call 559-998-0238 or 559-998-4258)  
 
The Walk-in Contraceptive Services Clinic is held every Thursday from 7:30 - 11 a.m. at the main side OB/GYN window at Naval Health Clinic Lemoore.  First come, first served.
