🤰🤱 For our OB patients and newborns

Obstetrics and gynecology patients who have scheduled appointments will be contacted and rescheduled as soon as possible or offered a telehealth appointment, as available.
  • OB/GYN patients under 20 weeks who have urgent concerns and feel they need to be seen, please go to the nearest ER.
  • OB patients over 20 weeks, are advised to report to report to L&D Triage at Adventist in Hanford. Adventist Labor & Delivery Phone: (559) 537-1800
  • Newborns who were discharged on or after 26 July are recommended to follow up with the pediatrician who discharged them or a pediatrician they choose who takes TRICARE.
  • For those infants seen at clinic and under 2 weeks of age, Medical Home Port clinic staff will contact you, the parent, for additional recommendations for care.

  • AD with Mental Health appointments will be seen virtually.
  • AD requiring acute or urgent Mental Health "walk-in" services (Suicidal or Homicidal Ideation, Self-Harm Behavior, or seeking Crisis Care) will be directed to Adventist Medical Center ER.
  • Call 911 if it is an immediate Mental Health Emergency.

UPDATE SATURDAY, JULY 23, 2022 @ 9:20 p.m. 

Naval Health Clinic Lemoore will be closed Sunday, July 24 and Monday, July 25 due to an unplanned water outage. The clinic will be closed until repairs are complete. 

All patients with planned appointments Monday at the main side clinic will be rescheduled.  We will send an update Monday, July 25 by 12 p.m. for patients with appointments on Tuesday, July 26. 

Hornet and main side dental are NOT affected by this water outage and closure.

‼️ Due to a planned water outage and repair work, Naval Health Clinic Lemoore will be closed on Saturday, July 23, 2022, or until the repair is complete.  
🚫 The closure will include the Urgent Care Clinic and all supporting services: lab, pharmacy and radiology.
