⚠️ MAIN CLINIC CLOSURE ALERT: June 4 / 5 ⚠️

Dear Patient,
Please be advised, the NAS Lemoore installation has prescribed its annual prevention and safety-controlled burn in the fields surrounding the main medical and dental/PT health clinics on Thursday, June 4, 2026, that may extend into Friday, June 5

For the safety of our patients and personnel, the main clinic building and parking lot will be CLOSED during the active burn.  We will post on Facebook and our website https://lemoore.TRICARE.mil when we will resume routine in-person services.

If you have an in-person appointment scheduled for these dates, a clinic staff member will contact you to convert your appointment to a virtual visit or to reschedule.

The main pharmacy will be closed during the active burn.  Please plan ahead for any medication pick-ups or refills. You will not be able to access the pharmacy during the closure on June 4 and 5. We strongly encourage you to pick up any necessary medications prior to these dates to avoid disruptions in your treatment.  Pharmacy hours: Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sundays Closed.

Urgent Care will be closed, if you have an acute healthcare concern, please call the MHS Nurse Advice Line at 1(800) 874-2273, option 1 to talk with a nurse about your non-emergency symptoms.

Hornet Health Clinic services (e.g. Dental, Medical, Immunizations, Lab, Pharmacy, Audiology, etc.) are not affected.

The controlled burn will generate visible smoke that contains fine particulate matter that can irritate the eyes, nose, and throat, and may worsen conditions like asthma.

  • Avoid outdoor activities near the clinic and active burn site.
  • Keep windows and doors closed if you live close to the field.
  • If you experience severe difficulty breathing or a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
