Active Duty

Active Duty Sick Call

  • Active Duty Sick Call remains open for primary care services and acute care.
    • Monday – Thursday, 7-7:30 a.m.
  • Face-to-face appointments for urgent care services are available as well as telehealth/virtual appointments for routine medical needs.  

Physical Exams

Provides medical screening and documentation for Active and Reserve Components, and ROTC in preparation for transition to:

  • Periodic Health Assessment
  • End of term of service to include Chapter
  • Retirement
