A Naval Health Clinic Lemoore (NHCL) Pharmacy Update (March 8, 2024)

NHCL Pharmacy can process the following:

  • All orders (new, renewal of existing prescriptions, refills, controlled substances)

NHCL pharmacy refills:

  • Please continue to use the automated refill line for refills utilizing 559-998-4454.
  • Non refrigerated refills will be placed in the ScriptCenter for pick up. 
  • For refrigerated medication please pull a ticket and pick up at the pharmacy.   

Please note:

  • There is no phone-to-staff member activation for refill prescriptions. 
    • For renewals of existing prescriptions, come to clinic and pull a ticket to activate your prescription.
    • For refills, please use the automated refill line 559-998-4454 to cue your prescriptions in the system.
  • Some TRICARE network retail pharmacies are also affected. If a beneficiary needs to use a retail pharmacy, they may have to pay full cost for prescriptions and then will have to file a claim for reimbursement or they can go to another retail pharmacy not affected by the outage.
  • For information on filing a claim, visit https://www.tricare.mil/FormsClaims/Claims 
  • For patients who have adequate supplies of medication or require non-urgent medication, we kindly ask for you to wait until this issue is resolved to refill your medication.  We thank you for your cooperation.
